The Client Trainer is responsible for delivering exceptional client education and support to maximize customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, sales, operations, and technical teams, ensuring customers receive effective training on office technology solutions and related software applications. POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
