Bond Health Staffing is expanding and we re looking for high-performance professionals to lead client acquisition and executive recruitment for hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. You ll be sourcing and placing leaders CNOs, CEOs, COOs, DONs, and other senior decision-makers at hospitals, health systems, and healthcare orgs, creating massive impact in the healthcare marketplace.

YOUR SUCCESS ROADMAP

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Client Development (40%):
- Prospect hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders
- Secure high-value retained search agreements
- Negotiate fee structures and contract terms
Executive Recruitment (45%):
- Source top-tier healthcare executives nationwide
- Conduct executive interviews and assessments
- Manage complex interview processes and negotiations
- Present winning candidate solutions to clients
Business Growth (15%):
- Track performance in company CRM systems
- Develop market intelligence and industry insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for maximum impact
