Core Responsibilities:

• Generate business and work team-based leads when available
• Convert inquiries through prompt response, qualification, and persistent follow-up
• Use MoxiWorks to manage pipeline stages, tasks, notes, and conversion activity
• Participate in live training, coaching, roleplay, and business planning
• Use Everest marketing and listing resources to support client acquisition and service
• Represent buyers and sellers through consultation, negotiation, contract, and closing

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Commission-based $90,000 – $250,000+ annually
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, coaching and training, enterprise marketing tools
• Schedule: Self-determined schedule
• Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
• Work Location: Salt Lake County, Davis County, Washington County, Iron County, and statewide Utah
