Position Overview

Premier Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead residential electrical projects in the Naples, Florida area. This position supports high-end custom home construction and is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate electricians on residential job sites
• Plan daily work activities and ensure project milestones are met
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with troubleshooting and complex installations as neede

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Previous foreman, lead electrician, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Experience with custom and high-end residential projects strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements
• Ability to read plans and coordinate work activities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
