CNC Turret Operator Location: Hamilton, NC Schedule: M-F 5AM-3:30PM We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Turret Operator to set up and operate CNC turret machines in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing precision metal components, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping machines running efficiently. Responsibilities: – Set up and operate CNC turret machines based on job specifications – Install and align cutting tools within the turret – Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications – Make minor machine adjustments (offsets, tool wear compensation) – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment – Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors Requirements: – Basic understanding of CNC machining and tooling – Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings – Ability to stand for extended periods Preferences: – Experience operating CNC turret machines – Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment – Familiarity with G-code programming
