We are looking for a motivated Industrial Production Associate to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

Blends Industrial products in pails, drums, and totes.

Training Work Hours (Approx. 3 Months):

Days: Monday to Thursday

Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Regular Work Hours:

Days: Monday to Thursday

Hours: Flexible (40 hrs.) – To be discussed and agreed upon based on individual and team needs.

Salary: Starting at $20/hour

Responsibilities of Industrial Production Associate include, but are not limited to:

  • Process raw materials into sellable assemblies.
  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on pallets, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
  • Participates in quality and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • OMI Industries manufactures odor eliminating solutions. Chemical exposure to raw materials including plant oils, fragrances, and other materials will occur.

  • Continually work near moving mechanical parts

  • Occasionally loud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing, large earth-moving equipment)
