We’re looking for a Bilingual Site Coordinator with our Family Connections team!
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Site Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking support. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment, connect families with resources, coordinate on-site services, supervise and support volunteers, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, trauma-informed, and passionate about strengthening families and helping the community thrive.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $17.65 – $19.60 / hour. Starting pay is determined based on directly related experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of the position. Candidates with extensive directly related experience and a strong alignment with the role may be considered toward the upper end of the range.

Nonexempt
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
A flexible schedule is required, which may include as many as 1-2 evenings per week and one weekend day per month to support operations, family engagement activities and program events.
