We have a mediocre cafe/bakery and are looking for a Chef/Manager to make our food and service extraordinary! We will give you the budget and support you need to make that happen.

Qualified candidates must be driven for excellence. You’ll create a new menu and train our cooks to execute it to the highest standards. initially a full time position then transitioning to part time. You can expect a sizable bonus and ownership share if ‘you get us there.’

Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable experience for guests
• Manage and motivate staff of cooks, bakers and baristas
• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related field.
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
