Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – High-Volume Call Center

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-volume call center team. In this role, you will manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls daily.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, researching solutions, and following company procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, payments, and account updates as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
• Stay current on company products, services, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
