CDL-A Regional Dry Van Lease Operator

Pay: $4,450 – $5,400 / WEEK

$4,000 sign-on bonus – Earn 70% of Line-Haul & Accessorials – No Credit Check – Short- and Long-Term L/P options – $4,000 completion bonus – Get Home Every Weekend for a 34-Hour Reset – Great Lakes Region

With a regional or dedicated route with Anderson Trucking Service (ATS), you’ll know what paycheck to expect because you’ll be getting consistent freight opportunities. You’ll also be able to get home weekly so you can still see the ones you love.

Primarily stick to Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota, but may extend beyond that occasionally.


What You’ll Get

  • Earn 70% of line-haul and accessorials
  • Drivers taking home $1,750-$2,450 after all expenses
    • Avg. take home $1,750-$2,100/wk after expenses when home every weekend
    • Avg. take home $1,900-$2,450/wk after expenses when out two weeks
  • Average nearly 5 loads per week
  • Average 1,900+ miles per week (that means you’re making great money without burning miles!)
  • Short- and long-term lease options
    • Short-term: 1-year lease – no money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus
    • Long-term: 4-year lease – Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), no credit check
  • Get home every weekend for a 34-hour reset
  • Guaranteed pay on fuel surcharge collected
  • 2023 or newer Freightliner or Peterbilt trucks
  • Fuel discounts to help maximize profit

  • No fixed lease expenses for your first two weeks

Estimated Weekly Costs

  • Truck payments: $580-$730/wk
  • License plates: $50/wk
  • Trailer usage: 3 CPM (annual maximum deduction of $2,600)
    • No paying for a trailer when you’re taking time off
  • Tire fund: 1.8 CPM covers replacement tires when needed

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL driver’s license REQUIRED
  • Must have at least 12 months verifiable OTR/regional experience
  • Must meet DOT requirements
