H2 Health is seeking a full-time Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support the growth of our Sports Medicine Team. This position will be covering Graves County High School in Mayfield, KY.

Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or PRN work, we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.

What You’ll Need:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is preferred; however, newly licensed Athletic Trainers will be considered.
  • Qualifications: Eligible or active state license as an Athletic Trainer and current certification by the Board of Certification (BOC)
