• Providers will be required to float between both facilities. (roughly 3 minutes apart from the metro)
• Full Time availability is strongly preferred. Willing to review submittals for 2 weeks per month.
• Weekend call required and is rotated between all providers.

Owatonna:

2 FTE needed to start on 1/27

1 MD on site not on call

Faribault:

2 FTE needed to start on 1/27

VBAC/TOLAC experience required. Strong OB Experience required

Schedule:

Regular: M-Th (Elective) Fridays Emergent only (i.e. c-section)

8 hour days + Call (required). Overnight call and W/E (rotated).

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Hours: 8-hours Monday-Thursday.

Friday – Emergency cases only (c-section and possibly oner other case)

Work Details:

• Support staff: Unsupervised. Will need a strong CRNA. Will have MDs to assist.
• Patient population/age: Adults and PEDs
• Department description: Unsupervised model,
• Special procedures: VBAC/TOLAC, Blocks, Epidurals,
• Skills required: PEDs, ENT,

Requirements:

• Minimum experience required: 1 year
