Job Responsibilities
1. Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST)
2. On-Site Workforce Management: Supervise, assign, and manage daily 3. operations for 7 10 field employees
3. Human Resources (HR): Handle overall HR administration, including recruitment, labor management, and attendance tracking
4. Supply & Vendor Management: Order and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment; communicate with external vendors and manage client services
5. Quality & Safety Control:
– Monitor compliance with facility cleanliness and quality standards
– Attend regular safety meetings
– Conduct safety protocols and job training for field staff

6. Administration & Reporting: Draft PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for training materials and operational reports
