Bathing Brands is a well-established and growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between sales and construction – someone who’s just as comfortable working with customers as they are understanding how a project comes together.
This role works directly with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to design, quote, and guide custom bathing space projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Project Development
- Meet with customers to understand their space, goals, and budget
- Provide recommendations and customized solutions based on needs
- Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools
- Convert approved quotes into project orders
Project Coordination
- Partner with construction and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates with customers
- Act as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Customer Experience
- Guide customers through design, product options, and build considerations
- Build trust through a consultative, solution-based approach
- Support follow-up and post-sale relationship building
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or trades
- Background in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to understand materials, project flow, and build considerations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
