Full Cycle, HIGH volume. Hourly (Production + Sales roles)
Must have full-time TA/Recruiting role recently in their background.
Must have experience with 50-100 calls per day.
Must have experience making 10+ offers a week and fully managing this
Must have backend onboarding experience (Admin side of things. Processing screenings, making sure candidates are onboarded in system and ready for their start date) .
Extensive experience sourcing on Zip + LinkedIn
MUST have own equipment to use, including high speed internet.
Workday experience is a plus
Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy
Design and coordinate the hiring processSource qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations
Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews)
Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
