The NORR Standard
NORR is built around a simple philosophy:
People serving people.
Exceptional hospitality comes from paying attention-to the client, the guest, the food, the room, the team, and the small details that determine how an experience feels.
Luxury hospitality is not simply about appearance. It is about how people are treated, how the team works together, and how well the experience is executed from arrival through departure.
