Job Description

Pango Valve System Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our Amazon and Walmart stores, independent brand websites, and B2B industrial e-commerce platforms.

This role offers hands-on experience across the e-commerce process, including product listing, advertising support, store operations, and customer inquiry conversion.

Responsibilities

Assist with product listings and product information updates.
Support daily operations for Amazon and Walmart stores.
Help maintain independent brand websites and B2B e-commerce platforms.
Assist with advertising and promotional activities.
Support customer inquiry tracking and conversion.
Organize and analyze basic operational data.
Participate in ongoing e-commerce optimization projects.

Qualifications

Basic proficiency in Excel.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and communication skills.
No prior Amazon or Walmart operations experience is required.
Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
