Company Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of electrical construction services dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions on commercial projects. They pride themselves on creating a safe, efficient, and innovative work environment while ensuring that their projects are completed on time and within budget.
The estimated pay range is $120,000 – $135,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee field operations and manage a team of Foremen and field personnel.
- Develop project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Create detailed schedules and manage labor, materials, and equipment allocations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of project requirements.
- Maintain daily logs of job site operations and report progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
- Journeyman or Master Electrical License and extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and business communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to read and interpret plans and project specifications with keen attention to detail.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
