Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with clients to establish, develop, grow and maintain relationships
  • Speaking with managers and business owners to gather relevant information on job opportunities and discuss potential candidates
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the labor force and local job market
  • Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions
  • Managing a book of business
  • Responsible for qualifying orders, ensuring client s expectations are reasonable
  • Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and then create a delivery strategy to exceed expectations
  • Schedule and participate in onsite tours and meetings with clients

Qualifications:

  • Business Savvy: Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Worldly: Previous experience in recruiting, business development or consultative sales

What success looks like:

  • 2-3 interviews completed and onboarded daily
  • Placing people into positions appropriate to their skills and abilities
  • 2 reference checks completed for each associate out working
  • Client and Prospect activity metrics
  • Daily and weekly QC checks completed for all working associates
  • Various admin tasks required to complete associate and client files
  • Onboarding of all new assigned clients
