Experienced CNC Machinist – Programmer – Seabrook, NH

LFI Inc. is a growing company looking to lead the way in the precision manufacturing of commercial and aerospace programs in Seabrook, NH. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on our first shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (mills, lathes, Swiss machines, EDM, etc., to produce high-quality precision parts per specifications and blueprints.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and G-code/M-code programs.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using a variety of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and visual quality.
  • Make adjustments to offsets, tooling, and programs as needed to maintain part quality and optimize production efficiency.
  • Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 + years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in setting up on CNC Machines i.e. lathes / turning centers etc. etc.
  • MAZAK / MASTERCAM programming and operating knowledge a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
  • Solid understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
  • Expertise using precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve machining issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
