- Pay: $130,000.00-$145,000.00/year base salary
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance are Provided
Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Schedule: Four days per week
- Setting: Outpatient clinic with some hospital call required
- Family Nurse Practitioner will be on call for 8-10 hours outside of standard business hours for the week
- One week of call for daytime emergencies is required every three weeks

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Must be have an active FNP license or Physician Assistant Board Certification
- Valid DEA Licensure is required
- 4+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or PA
- 4+ years of inpatient hospital experience
