A healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their primary care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions, with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Participate in weekly protected time for team-building and discussions on complex cases with fellow providers.
• Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Current licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Board Certification.
