CRSI is now hiring a Second Shift Full-Time LPN for Allen County. This is a Union position. We provide in-home developmental disability services for adults, with duties including, but not limited to, the following assistive areas:
- Complete routine assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Treatment of illnesses and injuries
- Communicate with attending physicians, request and receive orders, and transcribe if required
- Participate in Admission and Discharge planning
Current LPN or RN License, Driver’s License, Valid Insurance, & HS Diploma/GED Required
- Starting pay of $26.50/hr
- $3000 sign on bonus
- $3000 referral bonus
- Paid Training
