Job Description:
The General Manager will report to the Regional VP of Operations and is responsible for managing and developing team members and formulating and executing account strategy. Additionally, this role will require a thoughtful leader and confident decision maker with the ability to measure and monitor performance.
The General Manager will demonstrate, by decision and action, competency in all aspects of college/university transportation. The GM will function as the supervisor of all staff and is responsible for the turn-key contract operation.

Education and Qualifications:
The GM must have a minimum of 5 years of management and supervisory experience in a public transit or related industry with experience in the management and operations of college/university transit and transportation.
Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM) is required.
Ability to travel, up to 10%.
