Location: Jefferson, Georgia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, on Site
Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:
As an HR Generalist, you’ll play an essential role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees. This position will involve managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. You’ll also lead engagement initiatives and provide training and development opportunities, working closely with our hourly workforce to ensure they have the support they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Our Team: Serve as a key point of contact for our hourly workforce, fostering a welcoming environment and addressing HR inquiries.

  • Lead Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement employee engagement activities that promote a positive workplace and build a connected, motivated team.

  • Drive Daily Operations: Oversee recruitment processes and ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations to maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR generalist role, especially with a focus on employee relations and engagement, is a plus.

  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively while building rapport with a diverse team.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
