We are a growing, customer-focused HVAC company looking for a skilled HVAC Service and Installation Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, value integrity, and enjoy helping homeowners stay safe and comfortable, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

This role includes diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, performing routine maintenance, and completing residential installation work. Our technicians work on oil, gas, and electric systems, so experience in all of these areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain oil, gas, and electric heating systems, cooling systems, and heat pumps
  • Perform new equipment installations (furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, minisplits, etc.)
  • Conduct system start-ups and verify proper operation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations confidently with customers
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company procedures
  • Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every visit

Qualifications

  • 2+ years HVAC field experience (service and/or install) preferred
  • Experience with oil, gas, and electric HVAC equipment strongly preferred
  • EPA Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
