We’re seeking an experienced Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and support a fast-paced food service environment. If you’re a motivated culinary professional with leadership experience, we’d love to have you on our team.

Position Details

• Position: Lead Cook
• Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
• Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Contract

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Prepare meals while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking of kitchen supplies.
• Train and mentor cooks and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or supervisory kitchen experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
