We’re seeking motivated, dependable Operators to join our growing team in Havre de Grace. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment while developing valuable technical skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and operate production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor maintenance
- Conduct equipment changeovers and product setups
- Perform quality inspections and maintain production standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively to support production goals
What We’re Looking For
18 years of age or older
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Forklift experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand automated equipment and computer interfaces
Reliable, organized, and safety-focused mindset
Manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience is a plus
