Indrotec is hiring Nutrition Services Supervisors for the school year with St. Paul Public Schools. Whether you’re an experienced kitchen leader or ready to grow into a supervisory role, we have multiple supervisor levels available with opportunities for advancement.

Pay starting at $21.69/hour (based on supervisor level and experience).

What You’ll Do

• Supervise nutrition services staff and volunteers at an assigned school.
• Coordinate and assist with daily meal preparation and meal service.
• Ensure meals meet district standards for quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Order food and kitchen supplies and inspect deliveries.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Coordinate routine catering requests.
• Perform cashier duties as needed, including bank deposits and daily reports.
• Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Foster a positive, efficient, and customer-focused kitchen environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of experience in school food service or a comparable institutional food service setting.
• Food Manager Certification (Minnesota Department of Health) required within 60 days of hire.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food storage, and basic nutrition.
• Ability to prepare meals and safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and basic math skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively with students and school personnel.

Benefits:Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
