NOTE: Position is full-time (minimum 32-hours/week – 4 days a week 8-5p).
Position Summary:
The Office & Facilities Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operation of Strongward’s New Orleans headquarters by maintaining an organized, welcoming, and functional workplace for staff, partners, and visitors.
This role coordinates office operations, hospitality, vendor support, shared spaces, basic facility needs, office systems, and internal meeting coordination. As a consistent onsite presence during key office hours, the coordinator helps keep the office stocked, secure, organized, and ready for use.

Requirements and Qualifications
Special Requirements and Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain mobile for most of an 8-hour shift. Must pass required background checks, including criminal history, National Sex Offender Registry, state and FBI checks, and drug screening. Must meet legal work authorization requirements.
Salary range: Non-Exempt (32 hours/week) $16.80/hr – $21.88/hr
