Compensation:

$15 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, offering recommendations and answering any questions about our drink offerings.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the banquet team to ensure smooth service and exceptional event execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs promptly to ensure the bar is always well-stocked and ready.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently and securely.
• Stay informed about our menu and promotions, sharing this knowledge with guests to enhance their experience and boost sales.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bartending, with a focus on crafting cocktails and serving beverages in a banquet or event setting.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Proven track record of engaging with guests warmly and professionally, enhancing their experience through excellent service.
• Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with the banquet team to ensure smooth service and exceptional event execution.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and communicate needs promptly, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked.
• Proficiency in handling cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently and securely.
