• Reason for opening? (adding or replacing)? Replacing
• Joining other providers? (if so, how many)? Yes, 7 providers + 2 Psych NP s + Consultant Psychiatrist + Consultant Optometrist
• Days/hours/shifts/weekend/call? Clinic is open Mon Fri, we start at 8am except on Friday (9am), and have late evenings until 7pm. Saturday coverage may be required. Call is required on rotating basis
• Comp range? $190k-220K
• Any bonus structure? Can be negotiated
• Open to seeing all ages? Yes, prefer family practice physician or Internal Medicine Physician
• EMR? eCW
• Patients a day? 20 patients
