Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment
- Manage adult behavioral health patients throughout hospitalization
- Conduct daily patient rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Participate in admissions and ongoing patient management
- Collaborate with psychiatry residents and contribute to resident education
- Document patient care using Meditech
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active medical license
- Experience providing inpatient psychiatric care
- Willingness to work with and teach psychiatry residents
- Ability to participate in backup call coverage
- Eligible for hospital credentialing
