Job Description Job Description Position Summary

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, staging, moving, loading, unloading, and preparing materials, exhibit components, and equipment for production, shipping, installation, and return. This position helps maintain inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safe material handling practices while supporting efficient project execution and customer commitments.

Working closely with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Project Management, and Operations teams, the Warehouse Associate contributes to efficient warehouse operations by ensuring materials and assets are handled accurately, safely, and in accordance with Company quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, store, stage, and prepare materials, exhibit components, equipment, and assets for production, shipping, installation, and warehouse operations.
• Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Safely operate forklifts and other authorized warehouse equipment to move materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare outbound shipments according to project requirements and shipping schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting inbound and outbound material movements and reporting discrepancies to supervision.
• Organize warehouse inventory to support efficient storage, retrieval, stock rotation, and overall warehouse readiness.
• Assist with exhibit returns, restocking activities, and preparation of materials for future projects.
• Perform routine inspections of materials and equipment to identify damage, missing components, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following housekeeping standards and Company safety procedures.
• Comply with Company policies, OSHA requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements while promoting safe work practices.
• Support warehouse, production, logistics, and operational activities as business needs require.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with business needs and the scope and level of responsibility of this position.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.

Required Experience

• Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, logistics, or related operational environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar material-handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, move, organize, and stage materials throughout warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Technical Proficiency

• Forklifts and other authorized warehouse equipment.
• Hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and material-handling equipment.
• Inventory tracking systems and warehouse documentation.
• Shipping and receiving documentation.
• Basic computer skills, email, and mobile communication tools

PREFERRED Experience

• Trade show, exhibit, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities

Certifications

Supervisory Responsibilities and Decision-Making Authority

This position does not have supervisory responsibility. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing assigned work safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures, and for reporting operational, inventory, quality, or safety concerns to supervision.

Travel Requirements

Travel is not normally required. Occasional travel to Company facilities or show sites may be required based on business needs.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily onsite and requires regular presence within warehouse and operational facilities.

Work Environment

Work is performed primarily in warehouse, loading dock, and production environments. The position is regularly exposed to warehouse equipment, forklifts, loading activities, varying temperatures, dust, moderate noise levels, and moving materials.

Physical Requirements

The employee may regularly be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use hands and arms to handle materials, equipment, tools, and warehouse inventory.

The employee may frequently be required to:

• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb as necessary to retrieve, organize, and stage materials.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance, consistent with safe work practices.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and operational environments.
• Operate forklifts and other authorized warehouse equipment after appropriate training.

The employee must be able to:

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work safely around warehouse equipment, forklifts, loading docks, and moving materials.
