The Sous Chef/Line Cook plays a crucial role in a luxury 5-star dining establishment, supporting the Head Chef in delivering specialty cuisine. This position involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, managing inventory, and collaborating closely with a team to ensure exceptional food presentation and service. The role requires flexibility with rotating shifts, including occasional nights and weekends.
