Roundhouse is a vertically integrated multifamily housing platform headquartered in Boise, Idaho. Our platform spans investment management, property operations, and an in-house construction company, allowing us to control quality and outcomes across the full lifecycle of our communities.
We are a growing, entrepreneurial organization with the discipline and reporting standards expected by institutional capital partners.

Key Attributes
We are looking for a leader who is as much a builder as a manager. The ideal candidate will bring:
Technical depth without arrogance. A genuine command of real estate GAAP, fund accounting, and construction accounting – paired with the humility to ask questions, learn the business, and listen to the team before making changes.
A builder’s mindset. Comfortable inheriting a function that needs investment, with the judgment to know what to fix first, what to leave alone, and what to rebuild from the ground up.
Operational discipline. A track record of running a fast, clean close and producing financials leaders actually trust. The instinct to systematize and document rather than rely on heroics.
